It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and team member, Fran.

For over 8 years, Fran was an integral part of our insurance family. She wasn’t just someone who worked with us—she helped us build, grow, and operate our business with care, dedication, and heart.

In true Fran fashion, she never let age define her. In her 70s, she went on to earn her insurance agent license, proving to all of us that it’s never too late to learn, grow, and chase something new. That determination and spirit inspired everyone around her.

Fran had a gift that can’t be taught—she connected with people. Our clients didn’t just know her, they loved her. She made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for, and she built genuine relationships that went far beyond business.

To us, she was more than a colleague. She was a friend, a mentor, and a steady presence who brought warmth, laughter, and wisdom into our office every single day. Her impact on our business and the lives she touched will never be forgotten.

We are incredibly grateful for the years, the memories, and the friendship we shared with her.
